build15-b1 has offline devices

device 2 is offline. It's supposedly been dead for a day, but I didn't see it on any of the guts tickets.
I don't know where the other 3 devices came from. They aren't supposed to have names like that, are they?

You can ignore --$serial bots, they shouldn't exist. (That's a small bug in the container service whose fix I need to deploy.)

build15-b1--device2 is actually offline. I forgot to add Chrome-perf to the ticket's whitelist of pools. I'll do that now.
