Automated stress test to detect memory leak issue

Project Member Reported by leilei@chromium.org, Jun 6 2017

Issue description

It will be great to create an automated stress test to detect if there is memory leak issue for both WebVR and VR browser.

We can run WebVR and VR browser for several hours to one day, and monitor memory usage periodically to detect if there is significantly memory increasing after running a while.

Telemetry team don't support long running story(one day-ish test) in official perf waterfall. They recommend to add benchmarks in //tools/perf/contrib/ folder, and run those long running story either in perf FYI bot or our private bots and sheriff it on our own.

This is an example benchmark to detect memory leaks over desktop sites:

We should create similar benchmark for WebVR and VR browser to detect memory leaks.
