Reported by dvnityc...@gmail.com, Jun 6 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3119.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Type text in Google Docs when in Chrome
Type text in Franz app (uses Chromium)
Type text in JIRA app when in Crome

What is the expected behavior?
CPU usage is low while typing

What went wrong?
CPU usage hits 100% of a single core

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 61.0.3119.0 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

This is only reproducible in some cases - sometimes CPU consumption is normal, sometimes it's 12% (100% of a single core). It is reproduced in Google Chrome, and Franz app, which uses Chromium.

Hi

This is not browser specific, as it is reproduced in Franz and Google Music
Desktop Player standalone apps which utilize chromium. Please note the
issue does not reproduce all the time. Are there any debugging or logging
steps I can perform to help localize this issue?
