OS:Ubuntu 14.04 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and click on Cast from the wrench menu.
(2)Right click on the cast icon beside the omnibox and click on report an issue.
(3)Click on Device Discovery Radio button and then click on setup flow link.( Refer Video)

Expected:Page should get loaded properly 
Actual:Instead,Page error occurs

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from the introduction of cast(M-57)


NOTE: Issue is not seen in Windows.
