Non Regression: Details of the video clip in Youtube is chopped on tabbing

Chrome Version: 61.0.3122.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Win 7


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to https://www.youtube.com/feed/trending
(2)Keep tabbing until the focus reaches the details of video clip "chammak chandra performance" and observe

Expected
The details of the video clip should not be chopped on tabbing

Actual
Details of the video clip should not be chopped on tabbing

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-36

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest dev #61.0.3122.0. This issue is not observed on Mac OS 10.12.5.
