Can't run Lumosity games

Issue description

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Brain Games on Lumosity
(2)Some videos
(3)
What is the expected result? 1) Games load, 2) "Couldn't Load Plugins" message
What happens instead? Asks to right click to run Adobe Flash Player, does not run, settings are correct
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Could you please right click and enable Flash and check. You should be prompted to allow/block the flash. Clicking allow should play the game. Also, update the chrome version and if the suggestion mentioned above, works or not?

Re-tried the issue again on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 63.0.3238.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Closing this issue as there is no update from the reporter for more than a month. Please feel free to file a new issue if there are any issues on the latest chrome versions. Thanks.. |
