Service Worker's cache storage saves network requests and responses, and we currently surface very little information. The best case scenario should have us show the fully-featured and incredibly informative preview panel from the network pane, which shows headers, data, preview, timing, etc.

This will require non-trivial work on the backend to gather data for the network request resource from a Cache Storage entry instead of the net stack.
