Caused by one change (pasted below). Fady, looks like your file moves bumped-up the size of chrome.dll. This could be intentional and expected. Please WontFix if you agree. :)

viz: services/ui/surfaces => components/viz/display_compositor

This CL:

1. Moves files from services/ui/surfaces to components/viz/display_compositor
2. Renames MusDisplayProvider to InProcessDisplayProvider
3. Makes components/viz/display_compositor and components/viz/frame_sinks a
   single component.

Yea, that's expected. services/ui/surfaces probably wasn't included in chrome.dll before, but components/viz is. That's expected. Marking as WONTFIX.
