Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Upgrade via auto-update from 58.
2. Launch the new version, and goto chrome://gpu
3. GPU is not detected with the following log message.

What is the expected behavior?
I'm using nVidia Duadro K1200 on a Dell workstation. Driver version is 375.51.

With Chrome 58 and early versions, GPU acceleration works fine. Not all GPU features were available, but at least the basic acceleration, such as 2D canvas, WebGL, etc were properly working.

What went wrong?
With the new version, GPU is not even detected. The web pages become flickering when scrolling.

Here is the log message:
