iOS Tablet test unable to extract test data (intermittent) |

Issue descriptionTablet device tests have experienced a test exception on the ios_showcase_egtests test on iPad Air (iOS 10.0.1) due to not being able to extract test data. I think this is a minor issue and is only reproducible intermittently. An example failure is here: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.bling.main/builders/ipad10-device-x64/builds/5123

Moved all Infra>Client>iOS bugs to Infra>Client>Chrome + OS-iOS.
