Chrome 59 CLI not starting on Centos 7 - headless

Issue description

Chrome Version (from the about:version page): Google Chrome 59.0.3071.83 beta
Is this the most recent version: yes
OS + version: centos-release-7-3.1611.el7.centos.x86_64
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): x86_64

When i try to start chrome with the cli on centos for headless testing - it fails to start

@MTV Team-- Could someone from MTV Team look into this , as inhouse team doesn't have Centos OS flavor in linux.

If you start chrome in non-headless mode, are there any crash IDs in chrome://crashes ?
I only use the cli, no gui installed.

I encountered the same problem.
But, Sometimes met, sometimes it is ok.

Centos 7
Google Chrome 59.0.3071.115
Components: Internals>Headless
