Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a custom GRDP file stored in a difference folder rather than its parent GRD file's folder.
2. Link the GRDP file with its parent GRD file using <part> node.
3. Build chrome_public_apk.

What is the expected behavior?
GRD reader processes a custom GRDP file stored in an arbitrary path as long as the file exists.

What went wrong?
GRD reader raises GotPathExpectedFilenameOnly exception when processing a GRDP file stored in a folder other than its parent GRD file.
