Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and redirect to news.google.com
2. Tap on any of AMP 
3. Shutdown Chrome (i.e. switch to another app, then kill the app)
4. Relaunch chrome app
5. Tap on “Return to the previous page”
 
Observed results:
Redirects to “Missing caurl param, Error 400” 
 
Expected results:
The previous page which is “news.google.com” should be displayed.
