Can't enable

Steps to reproduce:
(1) can't unable the system web view in lenovo z2 plus after naught update
(2)
(3)

Expected result:enable after doing some setting


Actual result:still disable and not enable even after try hard

Hello

Android system Web view is disabled after 7.o update
 
In 7.0 chrome (monochrome) provides the webview functionality, and the webview package is disabled. If you disable chrome, webview will be enabled, and start receiving updates. But in the default situation (which you're currently in), when you receive a chrome update, you also implicitly receive a webview update.
