Regression : Suggestion list in omnibox appears chopped from bottom.

OS: Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to some Google urls like Google maps,Gmail,Google drive,www.google.com etc in order to generate suggestion list in omnibox.
2. Now open Google maps and navigate to NTP and immediately type 'g' in NTP so that suggestion list is displayed ,observe(Refer screen cast)

Actual: Suggestion list in omnibox appears chopped from bottom
Expected: Suggestion list in omnibox should be seen properly

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 60’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:60.0.3077.0
Bad build: 60.0.3078.0

Note : Issue is not seen on Win 8,10,Mac And Linux OS.

My guess would be r466207 -> Remove use of WS_EX_COMPOSITED for translucent windows.

Particularly since this only affects Windows 7 and not later versions of Windows. r466207 is the only Windows-specific change in the bisect.

r466208 is a change in Launcher. Sending  to the next suspect.

Could we try to reproduce this in MTV?  It's hard to tell which of the 3 changes above is the culprit and how to fix it.

Tested on Chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.113 and Canary #62.0.3199.0 and able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7. Attached screencast and screenshot for reference.

Steps followed as mentioned in the original comment.

Rechecked this issue on Windows 7 OS with latest canary chrome version : 67.0.3362.0 and the issue is still reproducible.

We no longer have any win7 machines in MTV. Q/A team upgrades all to win8 or win10 and no longer have a way to install win7.

ligi@: can you assign someone from India team to check if this still can be reproduced.

Tested this issue on Windows 7 on the latest Stable 70.0.3538.102 and Canary 72.0.3614.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the steps provided in comment #0.

1. Navigated to some Google urls to generate suggestion list in omnibox.
2. Navigated to Google maps, opened a new tab and immediately typed 'g' in NTP so that suggestions are displayed.
Couldn't observe the suggestion list chopped from the bottom.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.
