Regression:'X' icon is seen missing if add person consists lengthy names

Chrome Version:60.0.3112.10/9592.7.0 dev-channel Daisy,Peppy and Candy
OS:chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/accounts
(2)Near Add Person->add a person with lengthy name and Observe(Kindly refer video)

Actual:'X' icon is seen missing for lengthy names of Add person
Expected:Instead,'X' icon should be seen for lengthy names

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-55 (55.0.2883.105/8872.76.0) stable-channel candy.

Note:
-----
1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
2.Able to reproduce issue in latest stable M-58.
