Report the detail of skipped files in the progress center

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Copy hundreds of files, including broken files that are not broken/unreadable (ex. corrupted on the file system)

What is the expected result?

Progress center should report the detail of skipped files.

What happens instead?

Progress center only shows the last error, and the file name is not shown.
