Regression : Text on "Perform an audit..." button is seen misplaced.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3119.0 (Official Build) 177b9b934d8398dfb0d17b88fd9ff00f3291cca5-refs/heads/master@{#476838} 32/64 bit OS : Windows(7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and open devtools on NTP. 2. In devtools, navigate to 'Audits' tab and observe the "Perform an audit..." button. Actual : Text on "Perform an audit..." button is slightly misplaced. Expected : "Perform an audit..." text should be in center of the button. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-61’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 61.0.3118.0 Bad build : 61.0.3119.0 Note : Issue is not seen in Linux (14.04 LTS) OS and will soon update Mac OS info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:61.0.3118.0 (Revision:476501). Bad build:61.0.3119.0 (Revision:476838). You are probably looking for a change made after 476751 (known good), but no later than 476752 (first known bad).
