UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.57.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install shazam app from google play
2. Check below side of app in window size mode. (not full screen)

What is the expected behavior?
Below side of app should be shown properly.

What went wrong?
Some view(?) of app below side is not shown properly.
Please check attached video file.

0:00 ~ 0:10  : OS version check
0:13 ~ 0:20  : Working properly in full screen mode
0:20 ~ 0:30  : problem case in window size mode
0:40 ~ 0:50  : After enable "Show layout bound" option
               You can see some abnormal action in below side.

This app is working well in Android phone and tablet.
So i think this is OS (ARC++) issue.

I just found this 1 case. However i think this problem can be exist on other apps.

This problem is same in ARC++ Android M and Android N.
I tested two devices. 
One is HP chromebook 13 G1 (R59 beta, Android M)
One is Samsung chromebook pro (R59 beta, R58 Stable, Android N)
