offline. I couldn't reach it via ssh.

Also, that builder might be diskfull (according to recent build failure log)

Fixed.

Disk space culprit was 

root@vm66-m1 /Users/chrome-bot/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/IB Support# du -sh *
 83G	Simulator Devices
