The app will not enable.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.just try and install or enable the app on this device.

What is the expected behavior?
States to enable but nothing happens 

What went wrong?
Just doesn't respond 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.82  Channel: beta
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

Been like this from the beginning.. It says disabled

Hi, Is this related to chrome? If so can you please provide clear steps to repro this issue with Chrome Version and Device Model/ OS on which this is reproducible?
