print fit to page is needed

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. inside a web page, call window.print(); 2. preview dialog popup, there is scale, but without "Fit to Page". Tried scale in different values, the page is always clipped on 58mm receipt printer. IE and firefox work well for Fit to page printing. 3. What is the expected behavior? Print dialog, add "Fit To Page" in the scale value. What went wrong? Print preview dialog, there is scale, but without "Fit to Page". Tried scale in different values,even 10%, the page is always clipped on 58mm receipt printer. IE and Firefox work well for Fit to page printing. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: "Fit to Page" printing is a very important feature.

Can you share a link to an example page that demonstrates the issue? Also, is this a webpage or a PDF? If it is a PDF there should be a "Fit to Page" option, so if it is missing this is a bug. If it is a webpage, we don't currently have "fit to page" so this is a feature request.
