A number gets an extra digit when copying it

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit https://jsfiddle.net/chrisxf/f7pvkgbw/
2. Copy the text in the paragraph
3. Paste into the content editable section

What is the expected behavior?
No changes in the copied content

What went wrong?
The number 1988 becomes 19888

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

In case it helps, it turns out the issue only reproducible if the content spans multiple lines.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.5 using chrome version 59.0.3071.86 and canary 61.0.3122.0 with the below steps

1. Opened URL https://jsfiddle.net/chrisxf/f7pvkgbw/
2. Copy and pasted the text in content editable section
3. Observed the number is 1988 

Please find the attached screen cast and confirm if anything missed here.
Please try the issue on latest stable 59.0.3071.86 and update the thread if the issue still persists.

Updated to chrome 59 and cannot reproduce the issue. Seems to be resolved.
