Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. try to edit any saved bookmark 2. a website sends a message that causes chrome to open a pop-up asking for an answer. 3. What is the expected behavior? A pop-up window opens and it's possible to view and edit the bookmark. a pop-up window opens to choose an answer to a question. What went wrong? browser window gets toggled as inactive, no pop-up window shows up and no mouse input whatsoever inside the browser. Did this work before? Yes latest 57 version Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The only way to "fix" the bug is to press enter, but it will happen again as soon as you try to edit a bookmark or as soon as a website sends a request in which chrome displays a pop-up asking for something.
