[Hana] Background audio noise from USB headphones when connected to HooToo shuttle (type C connector)

Project Member Reported by pgangishetty@chromium.org, Jun 2 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.10
Platform: 9592.5.0 (Official Build) dev-channel hana

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to Device
(2)Play some audio (YouTube audio was playing)
(3)Connect USB headphones,2 other USB peripherals(my case - keyboard and mouse connected) and HDMI to HooToo Shuttle (type c multi port connector)
(4)Plug in the HooToo shuttle to the device

What is the expected result?
Audio plays from USB headphones without any background noise

What happens instead?
1. Background noise is heard from the headphones.
2. Unplug USB's other than headphones from the HooToo shuttle, no background noise is heard and audio plays fine
3. Now plug all the peripherals back to HooToo shuttle and plug the multi-port connector to the device, background noise is heard again.

pgangishetty@, can you try few other typeC adapters/docks we have in inventory?
Tried with few combinations and observations are below:

1. Reproducible with 3 of the HooToo shuttles on 2 Hana boards and with different USB headphones
2. Not reproducible with other multi USB type C hub
3. Not reproducible with HooToo shuttle on Pyro board
