Re-write the hardcoded "127.0.0.1"

Right now the IP address "127.0.0.1" is hardcoded for the embeddedTestServer.  Maybe we can consider to address it instead of hardcoding.

Menglu, could you please specify where 127.0.0.1 is hardcoded and what specifically should be done to address the bug.
