Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3100.2 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to http://music.google.com 2. Play a song 3. Type alt-space What is the expected behavior? Window pop-up menu appears. Nothing else happens. What went wrong? Window pop-up menu appears and song stops playing. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 60.0.3100.2 Channel: dev OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Doesn't happen other apps I know of, e.g., doesn't pause YouTube. Behavior is only visible in Chrome/Windows. Works as expected in Firefox/Windows and Chrome/Linux.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7,Mac 10.12.5 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version-60.0.3100.2, stable-59.0.3071.86 & latest Canary-61.0.3127.0 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0. Observed Window pop-up menu appears and song stopped playing when user click on alt-space. Same issue observed from M30 builds, hence marking this issue as 'Untriaged' to get more inputs from dev. It happens on Twitch with the popout player. (On a Twitch video press the gear icon on the player and select "Popout Player". I also right click on the title bar and select "show as tab", not sure if it's needed to reproduce.) I don't know if it happens with the regular player. This is on Windows 10, Chrome 64.0.3282.119 beta (64-bit).
