Profile reset request has unusual parameters

The Omaha request the profile reset code sends looks like a canned copy of a test Omaha request, and should be updated so that it can be identified separately from legacy Omaha.

Fix profile resetter Omaha request:

 • Remove incorrect and unnecessary information.
 • Add disambiguation information as to the sender of the request.
