Browser-based application experiences graphical issues when using certain models of Chromebook

Issue descriptionChrome Version : Observed on ChromeOS 57, 58, and 60.0.3112.10 (Latest dev channel build) URLs (if applicable) : https://h100000001.education.scholastic.com What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Proceed to https://h100000001.education.scholastic.com and login as tstewart//Welcome_1 (2)Proceed to M180 application (3)User continues to dashboard, observe What is the expected result? -All graphical elements display. What happens instead? -Graphical elements load behind the page; audio plays but certain components are not visible. Other Notes -This does not always occur on a user's initial login, however it will occur almost 100% of the time on subsequent logins. -Issue has only occurred on two particular Chromebook devices: the HP Chromebook 11 G1 and the Samsung XE303C12-A01US. I believe the issue may possibly be related to the processors both devices are using (Samsung Exynos 5 series).

Many school districts across our customers using the HP Chromebook 11 G1 and the Samsung XE303C12-A01US are encountering this issue. Overall it seems to impact at least a few thousand students. We would really appreciate some sort of an estimate for this bug fix. Could someone familiar with the triage priorities on the tickets comment on what a priority 3 is?
