What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a drive folder in Files
2. Open the drive folder in drive.google.com
3. Add a file to that folder in drive.google.com

What is the expected result?

Within a short time (seconds?) the file shows up in Files.

What happens instead of that?

Nothing. Sometimes navigating away from the folder in Files and back works. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes resorting the list works.

There is no hard-refresh button in Files.
