Overlay warning during forced exit from ChromeVR isn't translated to other languages

Project Member Reported by vsupruniuk@google.com, Jun 2 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: Canary 61.0.3118.0
OS: Android 7.1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch device's language to the language other than English
2. Open https://badssl.com/ in Chrome
3. Insert device into headset, pass DON flow
=> Page is displayed in Chrome VR
4. Click button "long-extended-subdomain-name-containing-many-letters-and-dashes" using controller. Chrome should exit VR mode if the host name cannot be fully displayed in the URL bar.

What is the expected result?
Popup “The page contains features not yet supported in VR. Exiting ...” is being displayed for a couple of seconds. Popup text should be translated according to device's language settings.

What happens instead?
Popup “The page contains features not yet supported in VR. Exiting ...” isn't translated to the device's language.

The string in question is IDS_PAGE_INFO_VR_BROWSER_UNSUPPORTED_MODE. Do we just need to wait for translations?
