the Local Storage items are not visible if opened then refreshed

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any page 
2. go to dev tools -> application -> click on the chevron/arrow to expand the Local Storage item list
3. reload the page with f5

What is the expected behavior?
Local Storage items under the chevron are visible

What went wrong?
Local storage items under the chevron are not visible

Did this work before? Yes 55, according to #725116

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian 8.8
Flash Version: 25.0.0.171

ant to specifically address https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=725116#c4 here.

The video does not recreate the bug as the list items will only be destroyed on reload if the Local Storage list is expanded by interacting with it on from the left hand menu.

I would be happy to work on this early next week if you folks want a new contributor.
