VK poping up dismisses the copy/paste panel |

Issue descriptionVersion 59.0.3071.71 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) When you try to paste something by clicking on an input field, the paste panel appears next to the selection, but when VK loads, it dismisses it and then user has to again click on that panel while the VK is open. [See video for reproducing steps] Expected behavior would be to keep the paste panel visible for the user to be able to act on it.

I'm 90% sure that this was on Caroline and 10% chance that it was on a Cave. Don't have either of them with me during my OOO time so can't try and reproduce.

Thank you. I tested it with Kevin, but it didn't reproduce. (didn't find behavioral difference between laptop and tablet)

Reproduced it with Caroline using a11y keyboard. It's easy to reproduce on the first time after login. (1) Login (2) Open chrome://version (3) Copy some text in the page (4) Turn on a11y keyboard (5) Tap the omnibox

Hey all, I tested it with Caroline on latest canary. Seems it's gone. Showing VK didn't dismiss the paste pane. omrilio@ can you help me verify it? If it works now, we can close the bug.

I tested in a Caroline device with the latest canary version. Popping up the VK didn't dismiss the paste" panel, no matter for the normal tablet mode or the a11y mode. omrilio@ could you help me verify it on the latest canary, if it works for you, we can close the bug now.
