1. Sign in Chrome (used the account blingtest6, contact me offline for password if needed).
2. Tap on the account name -> Signin page is shown
3. Tap on "Go Incognito"

Actual:
4. Incognito tab is open on https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin/...

Expected:
An empty incognito tab should be open instead.
