Regression: Focus ring is seen on 'Uninstall' button even after clicking on 'Also delete your browsing data?' check-box

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3117.0 (Official Build) 0924893aff1ceb991c789862db5ecff6802330c1-refs/heads/master@{#476123}-32/64 bit OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10) Precondition: Enabled Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI flag from chrome://flags. Steps: 1. Launch chrome, click on Wrench menu and exit from chrome browser. 2. Uninstall Chrome from control panel such that 'Uninstall google chrome' box appears. 3. Click on 'Also delete your browsing data?' check-box and observe Actual: Focus ring is seen on 'Uninstall' button even after clicking on 'Also delete your browsing data?' check-box Expected: Focus ring should not be seen on 'Uninstall' button even after clicking on 'Also delete your browsing data?' check-box This is a regression issue broken in M-53, will soon update the bisect info: Good Build: 53.0.2754.0 Bad Build: 53.0.2756.0 Note: Above issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

Seems this is an intentional change, from http://crbug.com/609922#c9 > I assume, based on the on-release spec, that we don't want to show the focus state (or invisibly take focus) when the user clicks a checkbox or radio button. |
