Bug in accessing multiple Google accounts from google.com page

Reported by abhi021...@gmail.com, Jun 2 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. There are two Google accounts both of them are remembered and signed in previously, one of them is default.
2. When trying to access the other account(second)(i.e on clicking button of second account's email address), new page is loaded which asks to sign in.
3. When Sign in is clicked, the process goes to First Step.
4.For accessing the the second account we have to click on add account button which loads a new page. This in turn asks to sign in again.

What is the expected behavior?
In second step itself the page must be directed to the second account.

What went wrong?
Google asking for a sign in for an account that is already logged in.
This should not be the case.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4
Flash Version: 25.0.0.171

The screen capture has been attached for demonstrating the steps mentioned.

This looks like a Google sign-in issue rather than a Chrome issue. What happens if you clear cookies?

Labels: Needs-Feedback
I did not try clearing the cookies rather I signed in again.

Now the 2 account is accessible on clicking the email button. My perception is that it is temporarily rectified.

I reported it as it is happening for the second or third time.

Not sure if this is a Google issue or a Chrome issue.

Unfortunately, this looks like a Google problem, not a Chrome problem. When I've had issues like this, signing *out* and signing back in sometimes resolves them :). You might also want to send feedback to Google.
