dev tools allows inserting a number into element styles

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open devtools
2. Select a node
3. Add a number under element styles
optional 4. add another property

What is the expected behavior?
number marked as invalid css

What went wrong?
number accepted as css, adding additional properties will ruin the style attribute in dom as shown in image
