Move files which display UI in chrome/browser/chromeos to chrome/browser/ui/views/chromeos

Issue description

Currently there are a number of files in the chrome/browser/chromeos directory
which display UI. It would be best if we could move them to chrome/browser/ui/views/chromeos.
