[Remoting Host] Don't capture cursor on Mac host

Issue description

Currently the Mac host captures captures the mouse cursor from the screen and streams it to the host. While the client also renders the cursor separately, we end up having two cursors showing on the desktop. The cursor from the host stream is always laggier than the local one.

It should be possible to hide the cursor from the display stream by using CGDisplayHideCursor(CGDirectDisplayID display).

Neither CGDisplayHideCursor nor kCGDisplayStreamShowCursor works. This seems more complicated to resolve...
