Issue descriptionChrome Version : 58.0.3029.110 OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 Please refer to MP4 attached. What is the expected result? Chromevox should properly read lowercase alphabetic characters as lowercase. What happens instead of that? Chromevox Samantha voice is reading lowercase alphabetic characters as uppercase. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
