Deleting object store is slow (issue 693799)


Create a perftest that measures esoteric but important IndexedDB operations.

Note: PWAs are looking at delete time, and we need to make a needle here too.

Context: deleting contains involves iterating the whole container and deleting each key. LevelDB Scopes and/or deferred deletion should help this.
