Can you create a simple repro case on a site like jsfiddle (https://jsfiddle.net)?

I can't repro with my example: https://jsfiddle.net/er33nfkt/1/
Agree. I can't repro this with http://html5demos.com/storage

Can you provide more detailed steps?
