My browers says insecure even when im in my own settings and bookmark's

Chrome Version   Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)    : <Copy from: 'about:version'>

  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:

Please provide a netlog showing the problem, as described here: http://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details

Also could you provide a few more details? Where does it say insecure, what is the url shown at the time, what is the exact error message shown (if any)? (Or just attach a screenshot of what you're seeing.)

Sorry I got new router and reformatted so that spacific problem is not happening anymore
