Chrome has less respect for macOS color profile

Project Member Reported by ebra...@gnu.org, Jun 1 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59
OS: macOS X 10.12.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
data:text/html,<div%20style="width:%20200px;%20height:%20200px;%20background-color:%20dd5347"></div>

What is the expected result?
Similar with Safari, as when I changed macOS color profile to D50, it seems Chrome was caring less about that.

What happens instead?
Different color even on a not changed system.

Also filed on Mozilla bug tracker https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1369404 as I see Safari's color rendering more correct by respecting user's system settings.
