Chrome Version       : 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Edge:FALL
    Firefox:FaLL
         IE:FALL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open URL: www.google.rs or google.com
(2) Sign in as user. 
(3) Go on Google Translate (prevodilac) page. 
(4) Resize browser (see attachment). 

What is the expected result?
See attacment "expected_result.png". 

What happens instead?
See attachment "Bug_2". 

In attachment you can find Google_Bug.zip file. 
In that file you can find all screenshots about a bug. Zou can find filesČ 
 - Screen_Edge_IE.png - page in IE and Edge browsers; 
 - Screen_Firefox_Chrome.png - Google Translate in Firefox and Chrom.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 58.0.3029.110.Observed all the links displayes without any issue.
Please find the attached screen cast and confirm if anything missed here.

Request you once try the issue on new profile and update the OS details to triage the issue further.

I recorded scenario. You can find file in attachment. I recorded it with Microsoft Expression Encoder 4. Maybe can be useful information resolution of my monitor is 1920 x 1200.
