Swarming UI: Fields with 'none' or 0 value could be replaced with ⁿ/ₐ

Project Member Reported by mar...@chromium.org, Jun 1 2017

Issue description

The goal is to reduce the visual noise, as "ⁿ/ₐ" is much less pixels than "none" and also to be more unambiguous between the literal string "none" and the fact that it is a null object.

Getting this right everywhere may require a small amount of work, for example with regards to sorting.

Is this won't fix? IIRC, we put this in and then removed it in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/infra/luci/luci-py/+/763927
I still have a local branch that I cherish. :P I'll keep open "for now" (read: until I'm able to let it go).
