Regression: Unwanted white patch is seen on clicking inside text area when grammarly extension is added

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.10
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and add https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/grammarly-for-chrome/kbfnbcaeplbcioakkpcpgfkobkghlhen extension
(2)Now login to crbug.com,click inside description field and observe 

Expected: No white patch should be seen on clicking inside text area.
Actual: Instead unwanted white patch is seen above description field.

This is a regression issue broken in M51.

You are probably looking for a change made after 385488 (known good), but no later than 385503 (first known bad).

The white patch is a position:absolute div created by the extension. Before crrev.com/385503 we didn't display the div correctly.
