Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.5 using chrome version 58.0.3029.110, 59.0.3071.86 and canary 61.0.3122.0 with the below steps 1. Opened chrome://hang/ 2. able to see the unresponsive dialog Please find the attached screen cast and confirm if anything missed in triaging the issue.

Hmm kavvaru, how long does it take to you to get the dialog? Doesn't happen on Mac for me.

Tested the same on windows and mac using chrome version 59.0.3071.86 observed that on windows got the unresponsive dialog in 3 min and on Mac in 5 min.
