Regression: Chromevox crashes on closing extension bubble from browser containment area |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:60.0.3112.10 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and add any extension that has pop up menu [Ex: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/grammarly-for-chrome/kbfnbcaeplbcioakkpcpgfkobkghlhen ] (2)Now add chromevox extension [https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chromevox/kgejglhpjiefppelpmljglcjbhoiplfn?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon ] (3)Click on added extension from step-1, hit esc from keyboard and observe Expected: Chromevox extension should not crash on closing pop up. Actual: Instad chromevox extension crashes. This is a regression issue broken in M60. Good Build: 60.0.3083.0 dev Bad Build: 60.0.3084.0 dev Crash ids: f2f9526af0000000 , 7bcde26af0000000 NOTE: Issue is not seen in windows

Able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using latest dev #61.0.3128.3. dmazzoni@ - Gentle Ping...!! Could you please have a look into this issue as it has been marked as a stable blocker. Thanks...!!
