When I try to edit a bookmark Chrome freezes.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: When I try to edit a bookmark Chrome freezes, but the download (if any continue). I then close it with Task Manager and then restart chrome. On restarting Chrome, the area highlighted in blue in the screenshot does not respond to mouse-clicks. On restarting chrome two or three times,it starts working again. Even after restarting the computer several times does not help. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Chrome does not respond at all. But downloads, etc work Did this work before? Yes Just the previous one. Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: NO.

Tested the issue on windows 10 & 7 using chrome latest stable M59 #59.0.3071.86 and issue is not reproduced. Able to edit the bookmark and chrome didn't freeze. Attached screencast for reference. @singhssaransh-- Could you please check attached screencast and confirm if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue , also please try updating your chrome stable to latest version and check if you can able to reproduce in fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled. Thanks!
